not all, just most.
the one in south carolina, where the guy was running away...and the cop still shot him was f'd up. So was the one in Louisiana, where he was on the ground, and hands above his head.
just sayin, in MOST instances...chill and listen, and everything will b chill.
the worst type of funding for police dept's is anti-gang unit funding. they literally profile and stop anybody that's wearing red or blue. total bullsht...and it's bad chemistry like that, that start the rifts in the first place.
