Ur issue sounds like how you initially went about things. You gotta have an established price, let them know exactly what their getting into and be done with it.

We did tell her from the start that we intended to do her a site from the start, and she had no complaints... it was only after we'd shot her 5-6 different times... and we started to try and re coup some of that money that she acted like we didn't tell her... it doesn't matter how professional you try and be, when all around you just act like she is...
Our model release is air tight... she obviously was more interested in counting her money than reading the release... And I would of changed things if maybe she'd tried speaking to us like normal people instead of swearing and making demands...
