We know he soaks up the tax payers money playing rounds of golf at his estate, but what about all those promises...
Quote:
Mexico is not paying for the wall, Trumpīs not labelling China a currency manipulator or staying out of Syria. And the easiest promise of all, not to question the election results if he won, he lied about that too.
Candidate Trump also promised to eliminate America?s $19 billion. It seemed like bunk at the time, and today, Budget Director Mick Mulvaney admitted as much.
CNBC?s John Harwood asked Mulvaney, ?What about the goal of eliminating the debt, which President Trump at one point said he would do at the end of his second term??
Mulvaney?s responded by dismissing the absurd claim, saying, ?It?s fairly safe to assume that was hyperbole.?
It may be fairly safe now, but Trump was very clear at the time. He told Bob Woodward, ?We?ve got to get rid of the $19 trillion in debt?I think I could do it fairly quickly?I would say over a period of eight years.?
The truth is that Trump had no intention of fulfilling that or many (if not most) of his other campaign promises, just as he never truly believed that President Barack Obama tapped his phone or that three million people voted illegally. Now though, his lies are beginning to come back to haunt him with his base.
If we continue to speak up, the resistance should soon have a lot more company holding him accountable for his deceit going forward.

Trump's Budget Director Just Admitted Trump's HUGE Campaign Promise Was A Con
So my real question, why does his supporters still support him? Are they feeling a bit stupid & donīt want to say they were wrong?
