100 or more Syrian civilians killed in bomb attack -- near Aleppo
At least 100 Syrians killed in bomb attack on evacuation bus convoy near Aleppo - LA Times

Syria is an endless cycle of violence. Last week Assad gassed and killed 70 civilians and today the Rebels revenge suicide bomb civilians on the other side.
Intentionally targeting, attacking and killing civilians is a war crime.

This article is all wrong because it is written by a person who is ignorant on Syria. The Foua and Kefraya are not rebel-held enclaves. They are government areas surrounded by rebels. A deal was made to transfer civilians safely, from Zabadani(rebels surrounded by the government) to Idlib in exchange for moving civilians from Foua and Kefraya to government-held areas. As usual, the rebels (terrorists) didn't keep their word. A car bomb ruthlessly murdered the pro-government civilians. Last time this happened was just three month ago in Aleppo, the Syrian Government made a deal to transfer civilians from Aleppo to Idlib and then to use buses to take civilians from Foua and Kefraya to Government areas, the buses performed the first part of the agreement and delivered refugees to rebel areas, where bus drivers were executed and buses were set ablaze. The people we are talking about are dishonorable savages.
