I am not going to go thru the UCMJ for you, but there are a couple of them that cover the matter. One is a real catch all, "conduct unbecoming" which covers about anything that the CO wants it to cover and applies to Officers. Article 133. Article 134 applies both to Officers and Enlisted personnel.
Article 120 is a kind of catch all involving sexual misconduct.
Thus 133, 134, 120 can be and are used as catch all articles that people have been charged and went to a Courts Martial for possession of porn or engaging in sexual activities.
When I was in the military even Playboy mags where "forbotten" in the barracks. But this also depended alot on who your Company Commander was or who your Battalion Commander was and how much of a by the book person they were.
