When I was in the military even Playboy mags where "forbotten" in the barracks. But this also depended alot on who your Company Commander was or who your Battalion Commander was and how much of a by the book person they were.

. I think things are more lax now regarding sexuality in the military. I'm not going to go into more detail, I deleted an additional paragraph I was going to post, out of caution.
I think Scmidt is doing this for a publicity stunt, as NSWC investigations are never public knowledge
Good for him he should milk it after serving 23 years! According to one article his wife and him own the studio and rights to all their content and he wasn't paid talent.
