No he probably doesn't micro manage every aspect but he has at least 3 of his kids working with-in his business micromanaging his projects. Add to that countless employees and "the Donald" sets the rules for how he operates.. This kind shit happens all the time with him so you can bet your ass it's Trump SOP..
