He acts like he's done something, but most of this shit is "just a piece of paper" that creates the illusion of progress for knucklehead Trump supporters. He hasn't filled the positions in the government agencies to make these orders become policies, because Trump thinks he only needs to hire a basic cabinet and let Jared Kushner do the other 95% of administrative work.
