Since you are also broke and can't afford buying content, signup for some affiliate programs to get some free content like fhg (free hosted galleries) and short video clips. You can also go to the big tubes and embed aome videos from their sites.
It will take time but if youll do it the right way you'll most likely benefit in the future.
