The tour has the same thumbs just a few rows between each other, that will not be good for conversions, it makes it look like you have barely any content. The girl wearing the rainbow socks is on the tour 4 times, you have 32 previews on the page so she accounts for 12.5% of your content.
Your images are quite poor quality on my screens, they may be oversharpened. Your header image is not linked to anything, I'd like it to your pre join page. Just some constructive feedback for you to consider.
