The idea IŽd suggested means you have to work hard emailing escorts, placing lots of their adverts with their permission on your site, & if correct, you promoting an escort site is not illegal, the act of money in exchange for sex is.
Please do look into this further... but this would mean hard work & not much involved except for hard work, social media, promoting & socialising with both escorts & punters. You would take a small fee from either the punter or the escort, once you hook the punter or escort up. Your work would be a negotiator, you could make this more of a private site for the richy rich of people, wealthy guys with 5000€ meetings with exclusive models & not the usual 150 and hr
