Just read details in Reuters news article. Russian SPY ship with sonars and all hight-tech, or as high-tech as it gets in Russia, collides with live stock transport ship out of Lebanon. Both of the same approximate size and capacity but Russian ship goes down, Lebanese ship filled with goats continues its own route.
