Thanks to all for your input really appreciated.
The Seller have accept to do it with ftp access.
And i have decide to get
a new Vps for this new website, so if any problem arise and he need cpanel it will be only on that new server.
It's just everything going well on all my server right now
and i was not comfortable to give cpanel access to a stranger from " Flippa " lol .
