You can put someone out for an operation - Millions of operations are carried out every day - Do that and then you can do pretty much anything to them to finish the job - Use your imagination...
I'm not pro death penalty, but I don't see the problem.....
I think it's better keep these cunts alive in hell and do everything you can to to keep them alive for as long as possible...
