He campaigned on wanting to change things for the better.
He has zero ability to change Senate rules...that rests with the Senators themselves.
I personally think Trump is correct in his assessment.
Look at the last 8 years...Pres. Obama couldn't get anything done either.
The procedural rules that the Senate made for themselves really are a bad thing.
Par for the course for politicians.
