You also make it sound like Obama had no delays. Let's look at the numbers.
Here is a chart showing Trump's cabinet and how many days it took for them to be confirmed once they were nominated. The longest was 96 days. He has a couple in the 80-day range and some in the 70-day range. I won't deny that the Democrats are dragging their feet on purpose.
However, here is another chart that shows Obama had three different nominees take over 100 days to get approved with one of them taking 161 days. The Republicans are not innocent when it comes to delaying things because they are not in power.
