The only motives for killing strangers are because you are a policeman...you are a solider in war...you are mentally unbalanced (in that case law enforcement and military personnel are automatically included.)
White privilege has nothing to do with it and that term is an artificial term made up with liberals with guilt. Whites explored and colonized the world.
