I laughed when he said it and I think he has been very funny since Trump took office. That said, if we are being fair, had the situation been reversed and it were Hilliary Clinton in office and he (or some other talk show host) said that Hillary's mouth was a holster for Putin's cock there would have been an outrage and he would have likely either gotten in serious trouble or fired.
