I would register on IFttt.com and setup some feeds pulling pcis from subreddits and auto posting them to other niche accs or tags. Was going good for a whiel for me. My tweetfollower bot gets picked up too much now an bans so be careful dont create too much spam an just grow natural. Also crowdfire APP is def a plus for managing and growing your twitter.
