I think there is somewhat of an argument in favor of that, but there is also the problem of our general health being the result of personal choices and thus responsible people having to carry an unfair financial burden.

If a dumbass rides his skateboard off a 20 foot drop and breaks his ankle (and we've all seen this on youtube), isn't there a strong argument that he should have to personally pay for the damage he did to himself?
