The average run of the mill murder involving a father and a daughter who killed their neighbor really isn't news, nor is an American / Canadian couple found dead in a foreign country news. If you are just posting news to post news then all you are doing is annoying people.

If it's something like a large terrorist attack, then fine, post it.
