To are absolutely wrong Mike.

Prior restraint of speech was the main issue as everyone that is over 18 may not have access to a credit card.

The lawsuit was a constitutional challenge. Private business can debate over your being straight or gay buy your credit card if they want -- but they cannot discriminate based of that conclusion. This has nothing to do with private business (age verification standards).
