The product is HolaCDN. It is an Overlay that sits on top of your existing CDN/server and offload traffic from there.
The price of 0,0015$ for 1GB ($1,5 for TB and so on) is available for everybody (any geos), no minim traffic required.
The reason why I didn't put the URL previously is that the price available on site is way higher and I didn't want to disappoint you guys ;)
