Wordpress multisites - many niches - easy to maintain just update plugins etc. at one place.
The network was made 5-7 years ago with the purpose of gaining links for our main sites, and haver really been monetized in any way - very few link sales. You could say the sites are very clean.
I have a couple of offers - very low, but I will accept the highest offer no matter what. I need to offload the network because of family issues.
