Belgian empire atrocities and Rwanda histories are not exactly unknown dark episodes on the continent - search engines not required.
The current Libyan fiasco was NATO bred. In turn that stirred up strife in Mali. Now the US establishment powers in envying China's head start in infrastructure dealings across a lot of Africa now have the intent to spread its own influence by plans of maasive infusions of military bases across Africa - hoping for a continent to go on fire in order to entice american dealings to counter the spreading ISIS threats initiated by Cheney in Iraq - for that purpose of deliberately destabilizing the region to be ripe to exploit.
Who's violent and who creates warzones is the real question?

Stop babbling nonsense. I asked you direct question about proxies in Rwanda and Congo, not about NATO. You aren't good and answering questions, are you?
