North Korea has no end game. They can never launch a nuclear strike against anyone; The moment they did it would mean the end of their country. They also cannot fight a conventional war either. They couldn't reach the United States via land, air, or sea. North Korea might be able to attack South Korea, but if that happens it would be all out war. The United States can launch bombers from the United States and have them fly all the way around the world, and they would never see them coming.
