this was precisely the proportionate votes under all those who are egliable to vote in USA.
and HOW he did it is also clear:
with a few million fake profiles in social media (so called social bots or trolls) what were spreading desinformation and with hackattacks what just caused a rumour in the important time of elections.
the same what happend in US did even happen in france with such a good timing that macron was not even able to give a statement because it is forbidden for a candidae in france to give any public statements less than 24 hours before the votes start.
so what more proove do you need ?
