Yeah there's companies in Australia quoting $150k for a fitted out shipping container now. That doesn't include the land. Seemed like a good idea that's now been smashed into the ground. To give some perspective, you can get a four bed, timber framed, single brick house fully fitted out and built for around the $250k mark. I liked the idea of a couple of shipping containers on a block - not any more.
