Also people appreciate results...x dollars per hour ( even cheap) will not sway anybody. Because somebody can do in 1 h same work as somebody can do in 3h. Efficiency, effort and mainly the RESULTS are the name of the game..

...on my SEO I will pay to the SEO expert. 100 dollars for every 50,000 "drop" on Alexa and a monthly 100 dollars for keeping Alexa at 100,000 or less. Then I do not care if your hourly is cheap and your other links are any good. NO move on Alexa NO money...
