So either you remove/change your "link" and the content lives on with the host until the owner eventually figures out who the host is.

I personally like to fly under the radar and stay focused on making money. Fighting DMCA's and drawing attention to myself with content creators is not my focus or desire.
If they don't see it after the DMCA they are happy. Very simple right?

In my case it's only placeholder text, so sending a DMCA for a mere text , without any actual content is absurd and it's case of automated DMCA scanner where they dont bother to check does offending site actually have offending content or not.
