IDK what the
detailed rules are. But so long as there is no conversion of funds from her foundation
in any way to Ivanka Trump's or her friends or family's personal benefit -- it's probably legal. Is not like the King made a deposit to her bank account (exactly).
However, these are the same Saudis that are human rights abusers that treat camels better than their women.
