Paypal - Bitcoin
I'm looking to make a purchase from someone and the only payment solutions they offer are bitcoin and skrill. I have neither. Anyway, I setup an account with coinbase under the assumption they allow bitcoin purchases with paypal. Turns out I was wrong - maybe this facility is only available to US clients.
The amount in question is paltry - $50
Anyone know where I can exchange paypal balance for bitcoin?
