Trump has said himself, many times, that he didn't think he'd win or get farther than the primary and constantly uses the excuse of not being prepared with transition staff because they didn't think he'd win.

Ok great. So you agree Trump himself had nothing to do with anything, and his staffers might be in some hot water for going behind their boss's back and screwing over the country. Nice to see you on board with that.
BTW, I have no idea whether any actual collusion happened with the staff of the campaign and Russia. Look forward to the special investigations report on it.
