It's a very simple backend. It's just how they do it. I wish for everyone's sake there was more stats, but I do trust all sales and such are credited so it doesn't bother me so much.

AWEmpire/LiveJasmin offers analytics for whitelabels, if you need that sort of thing. Sorry I couldn't offer better advice.
