So there is all this news about Trump and the Pope, and I was thinking, why?
...Why the hell do world leaders visit the pope, and why is it on the news?
I don't understand why the pope who, as a sort of appointed king, runs a private religious organization which has systematically hidden and supported child rapists within it's highest ranks, throughout the world for decades and possibly hundreds of years, and is still going on today without criminal repercussion, is somehow still relevant as a world leader, or someone who's opinion we should honor.
Very strange...
