Bitch shows only PayBills and Send to someone else using email or phone. My account is not in BOA. No video to send ACH to someone else with another
bank.
He also says tho he can only send to Vendors and Pay bills using eCheck... I suspect it's not ACH.
I mean don't know for sure, it's about him sending ACH to a Payoneer given account that states that no other transfers except ACH can be accepted.
