the NATO was the 3rd step of the brussels agreement - that was founded by france, britain, the netherlands and luxembourgh in 1948 followed by the north atlantic pact.
the NATO is a stood by agreement and does not even have a communally budget. thatīs why it is completely disinformation when trump declares that some of the NATO states did not pay their contributions because THERE ARE NO CONTRIBUTIONS.
