Sounds more like Putin agreed to find out more about what's going on in Chechnya. But the reality is that Russia may have a lot less influence over correcting the problem than libtards would like to believe.
We went through this in another of Bladewire's threads awhile back. Chechnya is run by muslims who do not respect Russia's claim to the region.
