Attributing the phenomena to unidentified and anonymous lurkers *could* be the reason but unlikely. You can just Google 'trump's twitter' and save the link. Of course, if you are a new user Twitter forces you to follow popular users -- is the @realDonaldTrump account on that list -- that may be a real reason -- since we are desperately seeking one.
Since we are focusing on twitter, Trump likes so few -- for someone that is always tweeting ... Trump only hears (or acknowledges) himself.
If there will be a bubble to burst it will be Trump's overinflated ego.
