That is why it is American Military Policy to destroy Russia if it launches any type of nuke. There are multiple military reasons for this policy. The Russians are fully aware of our Military Policy. No not everything or everyone will die in an all out nuclear war this is an exaggerated claim by those that do not really know the stats.
