Did you ever think that the changes to your body came from the shift in eating habits? Keeping sperm isn't going to melt body fat.
If I don't shoot a load from sex, I do it from beating my meat -- and I rarely go more than three or four days. My wife sleeps naked and has a bangin body so I split them peaches at least three or four mornings per week and might even bust a nut in the shower after the gym on the same day -- and then fuck her again before bed or get a blow job to knock me out.
...and I'm ripped with a body like Brad Pitt in Fight Club. That's good empirical evidence that busting nuts on the regular doesn't make you fat.
Eating junk food or too much food in general and being a sloth-like human being is what makes you fat.
The problem is a basic unconscious incompetence about being fit. Meaning, "you don't know what you don't know".
