i started to sort garbitch in 1985 (hwo old was you than)
i use recharchable batteries since they are on the market
my aircons in ALL my houses are droven by solar energy since YEARS.
(and btw. i do not even use them much because i have other possibilities to keep an house warm in winter and cold in summer).
my cars will be sonn 100% electronic cars
i buy since CENTURIES all food what is produced around me
i do not even have a own garbitch container because my garbitch is just that few that i can share a garbitch container with my neigbours.
and even my boat is not a motor boat - it is a sailing boat.
so yes - i live a much more comfortable life as you do but my carbon print is not bigger than yours.

there is still a bit coal production in Germany - it is surviving from gouverment grants
because nobody wants these people unemplayed - but they are needless as a crop.
in 10 or 15 years all of them will be retired and there will not be any coal production anymore.
