I only have experience with offshore programmers ie: india/pakistan

Example, you give them a PSD of the User interface of a square and you end up getting a square with round corners shaped like a trapezoid. And you have to go back and forth forever just to get it to look the way it should look in the psd..

Is it like this with American Dev teams?
