How is that a new tax? From the text it seems insurance price increase due to not subsidizing/reimbursing them.
It's like stopping subsidizing electrical cars and saying that it is a new tax. Oh and that would be a "unusual twist" that you would pay that extra (cut subsidies) directly to the car manufacturer and not to the government, lol.
Disgusting twisting, mind manipulating.
