That depends on the objective and size of the program. MG has made the decision that they make more money, focusing on the whales and media buyers needs, than providing resources to deal with the small scale webmasters. If the money they made from supporting these affiliates made sense, they would still be doing it. For them doing full support for these levels of affiliates is a net loss.

There are plenty of programs out there, like ours, that still feel the support costs are lower than the revenues earned by catering to these affiliates.
