Sounds about right. Shit ton of ex-soviets come here to give birth so their kid has US passport at 18. Same for illegals who pop them pronto. If you have clean record for x amount of time, maintained work and good moral status - you get it.
Sure beats DeMonique squirting 7 kids from 10 different father so she could stay on welfare indefinitely. 16 years later we have 7 more inmates in the system.
