With a 5-4 conservative majority now, I would say more than likely they will do it. Plus the judicial subcommittee has informed RBG that she must recuse herself from the case or any involving trump because of her stupid comments on TV about how she feels personally before he won. They have the interview on tape. If she doesn't recuse herself the court will force her. SO 5-3 majority now. She can't participate in any case involving Trump now for what she did stupidly. If you don't believe me, look it up. She done really messed that one up.
