You should see ACCOUNT - MONEY TRANSFERS - SETTINGS along the footer. Click Account to view Balance. You can also click in the top left to change the viewing option from list to individual currency accounts.

Yes, i see the buttons when i start the app.
When i tap "transfer funds" to external card the buttons are gone. I see only a green button submit.
