Flat price members area ADV spot available $100 month

the company I work for has an amazing offer available.
We have 10 spots available in the "hub" members area of our paysites.
We are selling $100 / monthly each spot. The members area has mid-high 3 figures active members.
Why we are selling spots for a so low price?
Every business needs fixed and variable profits. Variable (hopefully increasing) are sales, xsell and likes. Fixed is something like that.
Probably the price is going to be increased. But for this first offer we have decided $100 / spot.
