He is right and with the politicians so intent on sending jobs out of te West. Jobs are getting more and ore scarce, well jobs that pay a living wage. This is why I support Trump's policy to bring jobs back and stop a lot of low-paid migrants.

Mohammed under the banner of Islam tried to do the same. The pity was the tribal make up of those regions, they prefer to kill each other than unite and form a powerful force. They couldn't even unite and defeat Israel in the 40s and 50s.
ISIS are trying to form a caliphate, which is an empire under a different name. The Ottoman's were the best Muslim Empire. They had a very efficient way of dealing with people who challenged them.

After the Western Powers tried to break up the Ottoman Empire, the Muslims were unable to sit around a table and do a better job. This failure of old colonies was repeated in Asia and Africa. The only countries who were able to manage independence without massive bloodshed were those rules by Europeans. Such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.
Rhodesia was the breadbasket of Africa, Zimbabwe is a basket case. Go figure why.
